This site is still being built. The members, payments, projects and photographs you see are placeholders — put here to show how the finished site will work. None of it is the association’s real record yet.

Administration

Who runs it, and who it is.

The officers the assembly elected, and the roll of every son and daughter of Acha-Tugi they answer to.

The executive · 2025 – 2028

Elected at the general assembly, accountable to it.

John Doe
President-General

John Doe

ProfessionEducationist In office2025 – 2028
Chairs the executive and speaks for the association between assemblies. This is a placeholder profile — the real officer’s own account of who they are, and what they bring to the office, goes here.
John Doe
Secretary-General

John Doe

In office2025 – 2028

Keeps the minutes and the correspondence — the assembly’s memory in writing.

John Doe
Treasurer

John Doe

ProfessionAccountant In office2025 – 2028

Holds the association’s money and reports every franc of it at the assembly.

John Doe
Registrar

John Doe

In office2025 – 2028

Keeps the roll — who is a son or daughter of Acha-Tugi, and how to reach them.

John Doe
Projects Coordinator

John Doe

ProfessionCivil engineer In office2025 – 2028
Carries the association’s works forward, from the boreholes to the meeting house. A fuller placeholder that runs past three lines — where the officer is from, their trade, the years they have given to the association — so the card folds it here and offers to open the rest in place. The real officer’s story replaces this.
Cultural Secretary

John Doe

In office2025 – 2028
Keeps the customs, the convention, and the village’s own memory of itself. Another long placeholder — a sentence or two about who they are and why the assembly chose them — deliberately long enough to show how the card holds a full story without ever growing taller than the row beside it.
Register of members

Every son and daughter,
on one roll.

The register is maintained by the Registrar. Members may search their own record; only administrators may add, amend or deactivate one.

Join the register

Open to the sons and daughters of Acha-Tugi.

ATUCDA keeps its books in the open. The totals are there for anyone to read, and the detail is there for the community: every member can see the dues, the payments and the contributions, their own and everyone else’s. Tell us you are on the register and it is yours.

Not on the register yet? Ask to be added — for yourself, or for a parent or grandparent who is not online.

We send a code to the phone already on the register — no password, no email. If your number has changed, the Registrar can update it.
