The 2026 convention will sit in Bamenda
Three days, 27 to 29 December. The accounts are presented, the meeting house design goes to a vote, and cultural night closes it.
The executive has fixed the dates of the annual general assembly and convention: 27 to 29 December, in Bamenda.
The accounts for the 2026 cycle are presented on the first morning, as always, before anything else is discussed. The design for the rebuilt meeting house goes to a vote on the second day; the drawings will be posted here beforehand, so that members arrive having already read them.
Members whose dues are outstanding may still attend and still speak. Nobody is turned away from the assembly of their own village.
