Every project is proposed at the general assembly, costed by the projects coordinator, and reported on until it is handed over. Figures below are audited to the last convention.
Extending the gravity-fed catchment with 3.2 km of new pipeline and four public standposts, bringing clean water within 300 m of every compound in the quarter.
A four-bed maternity annex so mothers no longer travel to the divisional hospital to deliver. Foundation and walls complete; roofing and fittings outstanding.
Acha-Tugi is in a legal dispute with a neighbouring village over land. The association is carrying the cost of the village’s defence, so that the case is decided on the evidence and not on who can afford to fight it.
